Student Admission Cancellation and Refund Rules

The Fee Refund policy and Guidelines of the University applicable to Open and Distance Learning and Online Learning programmes is hereby notified.

In both self-financing cases and loan assisted cases

Refund applicable for the calendar year 2025

a) All cancellations of admission/ migrations of students up to 31st March 2025

Any other cases over and above post commencement: a) Student fails to pay subsequent semester fees b) Student detained because of backlogs c) Student if paid Yearly / All Year Program Fee
